The layout of the halls provides a large number and varied size of exhibition stands. Stands are available as space only or can include a complete shell scheme package. Please see the options available below and indicate your wishes in the application form.

  • Multi storey stand construction is permitted, however written permission is required from the organizers. Multi-storey areas will cost an additional price per m2 and must not exceed 50% of the total floor area of the stand.

VICTAM ASIA Business Matchmaking ProgramVICTAM ASIA Business Matchmaking Program

Meeting the right companies and people during an event is your number one priority. VICTAM Asia 2020 will provide a business match-making program. This on-line tool helps to facilitate business meetings to be arranged between exhibitors and visitors prior and during the event. In combination with the on-line tool an on-site service is offered that allows you to have the meeting in your booth or in one of the dedicated meeting rooms. Last, but not least our specialized match-making consultants will contact you personally before the event to discuss how to make the best use of this program and which type of companies and people you would like to meet. VICTAM Asia and GRAPAS Asia 2020 will have an extensive, advertising and marketing campaign. This will include: advertising in industry related magazines, preview editions of our own magazine ‘Showtime’, social media, etc. An instant link to your own website on ‘Network’ is available for only €100 or €150 incl. logo for 12 months.

ENTRANCE TICKET

The entrance ticket to the exhibition is free of charge. We do encourage you to register online to avoid a cue. For the conferences a fee may be charged.

Visa Information

If you are traveling to our event from a country whose citizens require a visa for Thailand, you will need to obtain an official invitation letter. Our Thai partner, Expolink, will issue invitation letters on behalf of VICTAM International B.V.
