All exhibitors are required to register their staff in advance in order to obtain exhibitor badges. These badges provide access to the exhibition halls during build-up, show days and dismantling, according to the official opening hours.
The number of exhibitor badges allocated to each stand is based on the total stand area, as outlined below:
- 15–25 sqm: 10 badges
- 26–50 sqm: 20 badges
- 51–100 sqm: 40 badges
- Over 100 sqm: 60 badges
How to apply for exhibitor badges
Exhibitor badges can be requested via the Exhibitor Portal.
Please note that exhibitor badges are personal and non-transferable. For security reasons, the name of each badge holder must be provided in advance.
