How to add VIP visitors
Visit Connect offers the possibility to invite relations as VIP guests by using Action Codes. Action Codes are unique codes that grant specific privileges when a visitor registers for an event.
How it works
As an exhibitor, you have received a personal registration link and 20 Action Codes. These can be found via the Guests tab in Visit Connect. Please note: all actions codes are limited to one time use.
Your regular registration link already contains the parameter actioncode= in the URL.
To invite a relation as a VIP, simply replace the value after actioncode= with one of the provided Action Codes.
Example:
https://register.visitcloud.com/survey/11ogbc7olrzmq?actioncode=NTWO&partner-contact=x&verifier=x
Replace NTWO with one of your action codes.
You can then share this updated link with your invited relation.
Registration process for VIPs
- The invitee clicks the registration link containing the Action Code.
- Visit Connect automatically recognizes the Action Code from the URL.
- The visitor is registered and confirmed as a VIP guest.
