Lead Scanning Packages

To help exhibitors maximize lead generation and visibility, VICTAM Asia 2026 uses the official visitor registration system, connected to the Visitor App. This platform allows exhibitors to connect with relevant visitors before, during, and after the exhibition.

Exhibitors who activate a Lead Scanning Package will:
• Be visible in the official Visitor App
• Scan visitor badges and collect lead information
• Receive and manage meeting requests
• Present products and solutions through online product features
• Displaying product features in the app is an effective way to attract visitor attention and generate high-quality leads.

Please note:
Exhibitors without a Lead Scanning Package will not be visible in the Visitor App and will miss out on these additional exposure and networking opportunities.

You can order the lead scan package by sending an email to expo@victam.com.

Important Information
• Deadline to order a Lead Scanning Package: 15 February 2026
• Upgrading to a higher package is possible at any time by emailing expo@victam.com
• After the exhibition, all collected leads will be provided as an export file for easy follow-up

Themed Days
During VICTAM Asia 2026, three dedicated Themed Days will take place, each focusing on a specific sector:
• 10 March 2026 – Feed Milling Focus
• 11 March 2026 – Flour and Rice Milling Focus
• 12 March 2026 – Aqua Feed and Pet Food Focus

The Themed Days are designed to bring together exhibitors and visitors with a shared focus, creating stronger relevance, better matchmaking, and increased visibility.

How Exhibitors Can Participate

Participation in one or more Themed Days is free of charge.

To participate, exhibitors are invited to complete the Exhibitor Participation Form – Themed Days and return it to yvonnekaal@victam.com
.
After receiving the completed form:
• The exhibitor will be included in communication related to the selected Themed Day(s)
• The exhibitor will receive the Basic Lead Scanning Package free of charge
• The exhibitor benefits from additional targeted exposure to a relevant audience

The Themed Days are confirmed and form an integral part of the exhibition and communication program.
