The official webshop for exhibitor services has now closed.

However, exhibitors who still require services or equipment for their stand may contact the official service providers directly. They will assist you with any last-minute orders, subject to availability.

Important notes:

• not all services and materials will be available after 19 February 2026.
• If you have booked a basic or full package scheme, electrical services are already included and do not need to be ordered separately.
• Modifications to rented equipment are not allowed. Any damage will result in a penalty of 20 times the rental price of the damaged item.
• The VICTAM webshop is separate from the VNU webshop.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled on or before 10 February 2026 qualify for a 100% refund.
• No refunds are available for cancellations made after 10 February 2026.
