For this edition, exhibitors can take advantage of our new visitor engagement platform, powered by Visit, designed to connect you directly with your target audience before, during, and after the show.

Every exhibitor is automatically included in the back end of the system for essential functions such as badge registration and direct client invitations.

However, to unlock full visibility and lead generation features in the visitor app, exhibitors are encouraged to purchase a Lead Bundle.

Use and activation in the portal

Lead scanning at the event works via an app (Visit Connect). You and your colleagues will use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code on visitors' badges. The scan automatically adds the visitor to your contacts, allowing you to follow up and qualify leads. The app enables you to take notes, add photos, and export contacts after the event. The number of scanning users depends on the scan licenses included in your package.
