Before planning your stand, make sure to:
- Download and renullad the full regulations document
- Hire qualified professionals to design and build your stand
- Submit your stand design by January 5, 2026 to projetos@x-managers.com.br (cc: expo@victam.com)
- Coordinate with approved contractors and insurance providers
Important: Late submissions will not be accepted. Assembly must be completed by 6:00 PM the day before the event opens.
