If you plan to install any hanging structures, rigging, or hanging banners above your stand, make sure to read the Hanging / Contractor Guidelines thoroughly. These documents outline the safety regulations, technical requirements, approved materials, and the step-by-step procedure for obtaining rigging approval from the venue.
Exhibitors and stand contractors are responsible for complying with these guidelines and submitting all required drawings, weight specifications, and documentation within the stated deadlines. Non-compliance may lead to delays, refusal of installation, or removal of any unapproved hanging elements.
